Returns & transit damage

Every piece is inspected and crated before dispatch. Please record a short unboxing video and report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to durgawooddecor@yahoo.in or WhatsApp +91 97665 66766. We will repair, replace or refund damaged items.

Because our products are handmade from natural teak, small variations in grain and colour are normal and are not defects. Custom-size and custom-finish pieces are not returnable unless damaged in transit. Standard items may be returned unused within 7 days of delivery; return freight is borne by the customer and refunds are issued after inspection.
